param render static

WICD Core 1.0 #7 #9

Above, you should see two instances of the same SVG.

Two types of animations are being used:

  1. The arrow turns. This is done by declarative animation.
  2. The color of the background constantly changes. This is done by script.

The SVG on the right side (with a red border) is declared to be static (<param name="render" value="static" />) in the parent document. Therefore, the declarative animated arrow in the right SVG should NOT turn.

The scripted background color animation should be visible in both instances.

Both instances should support embeded links. Clicking any of the two SVG's should take you to w3.org.
