Above there must be a SVG with a square viewBox and content exceeding this viewBox, rendered to a non square, wide destination box (objects width:100% and height:100px).
While the viewBox (black stroke) must be horizontally centered into this destination box, the SVG-content exceeding the viewBox (truncated, blue circles) may not be clipped and must therefore be visible left and right hand side to the viewBox.
