Go to w3.org by using the "7" accesskey

This testcase has succeeded if

• the focus travels between all the numbers as if they were all in the same svg
• accesskeys 1-6 fire a short animation on the corresponding number
• accesskey 7 takes you to w3.org (since the parent definition of the accesskey should have priority)
