Naming and Retrievability
- Naming - sWeb needs to name things other than web resources
- e.g. properties, integers, unicorns and trees in the park to name a
few
- with some precision - e.g. a car and a picture of a car are not the
same thing
- Retrievability - sWeb needs to be able to retrieve information associated
with a name
- e.g. RDF Vocabulary definitions, OWL ontologies
