Findings

• Findings arise as we resolve issues.
• They are NOT W3C recommendations - they have not followed the W3C Recommendation Track
• They DO represent TAG consensus - once approved by the TAG.
• They are drafted in public and the TAG is responsive to public feedback to draft findings.
• Expected to propagate into Architectural Recommendation(s) as they mature.
