Parking - parking can best be found in the Lincoln
Square Parking Garage which can be accessed off of Bellevue Way at NE 6th
Street. Park on any level of the parking garage near the NORTH
elevators. South elevators will bring you up into the Westin Lobby in the
South Tower of the complex. The North elevators will bring you up into
Lincoln Square. The Meeting Room is on the 15th Floor of
Lincoln Square.
Parking Validation – parking can be validated at anytime during the day, and
the parking tickets are validated through 8:00pm for same day regardless of
arrival time. Microsoft will
collect parking tickets from attendees, drop them off at reception to have them
stamped and returned to attendees later in the day.
Visitor Identification – There will be no need to
get a visitorŐs badge from reception. You will, however, only be able to access
the 15th floor.
Traveling - Nearest airport to Bellevue is Seattle-Tacoma
International Airport (SEA), about 18 miles away. Ground transportation is by
rental car, taxi (www.stitataxi.com, about $60), commercial shuttle (www.shuttleexpress.com, about $40), or local bus (King County Metro, http://metro.kingcounty.gov, $2.50 fare, about 40 minute bus ride
to the Bellevue Transit Center).
