Issues and Proposals:
abstract/portable/concrete issue was discussed at length at the F2F and concluded the langauge should not go beyond abstract wsdl.
Susbsequently David and Tony requested this be re-discussed. Since we reached conclusion at the F2F based on all the information to had (including all pervious discussions nd the model overview) we will not reopen this topis unless new evidence can be presented.

AOB:
BPEL F2F meeting conflict w/ next weeks call brought up., Clocks spring forward this weekend in europe so the call, germany time (where bpel is being held) will start at 11pm. Steve would still like to have the call to discuss use case implementation issues, etc. The call will go ahead but will be an infomal meeting.
Steve is presenting tomorrow at TWIST board meeting on choregraphy.
Martin proposed posting our minutes and agendas in plain text (due to search limitations).
