CR draft indicating elements and attributes which may
be at risk.

Several of the features in the current draft specification are considered to be
at risk, in that
preliminary surveys of the W3C multimodal working group members suggest
they may not be implemented.
The relative timestamp attributes
are considered to be at risk: <code>emma:time-ref-uri</code>,
<code>emma:time-ref-anchor-point</code>,
<code>emma:offset-to-start</code> (<a href=\"#s4.2.10.2\">Section 4.2.10.2</a>).
The <code>emma:hook</code> attribute is considered to be
at risk (<a href=\"#s4.2.12\">Section 4.2.12</a>, <a href=\"#appC\">
Appendix C</a>).
The container element <code>emma:group</code> and associated element
<code>emma:group-info</code> are considered to be at risk (<a
href=\"#s3.3.2\">Section 3.3.2</a>).
The container element <code>emma:sequence</code> is considered
to be at risk (<a href=\"#s3.3.3\">Section 3.3.3</a>).
The elements and attributes associated with description of endpoints
are considered to be at risk (<code>emma:endpoint-info</code>,
<code>emma:endpoint</code> (<a href=\"#s4.1.5\">Section 4.1.5</a>),
<code>emma:endpoint-role</code>, <code>emma:endpoint-address</code>,
<code>emma:port-type</code>, <code>emma:port-num</code>,
<code>emma:message-id</code>, <code>emma:service-name</code>,
<code>emma:endpoint-pair-ref</code>, <code>emma:endpoint-info-ref</code> (<a
