ISSUE-12: [cr] require contents of emma:info to be in any namespace but emma

[cr] require contents of emma:info to be in any namespace but emma

State:
CLOSED
Product:
EMMA
Raised by:
Michael Johnston
Opened on:
2006-09-26
Description:
CR proposes extension of schema and specification to explicitly
indicate that contents of <emma:info> can be in any namespace but
EMMA.

-> already covered in schema by ##other

Suggest adding language to the spec to make clear where
application namespace markup is possible
