Open issues extractor

This tools allows you to extract open issues from a dedicated mailing list, using the following convention :

• each new thread (as appearing in the mailing list archives) opens a new issue
• an issue can be closed by sending a mail in the same thread with the subject starting by "[closed]"

(As an aside, this allows one to get a compact view of a mailing list activity by seeing one item per thread)

Note that this works only in the time boundaries of the thread view (one or three months depending on the mailing list).
