Looks like 13:00 UTC = 8:00 AM EST; 7:00 AM CST; 5 AM PST.

Anyway, 13:00 UTC / 7:00 AM CST should work for me.
14:00 UTC / 8:00 AM CST won't work for me.
15:00 UTC / 9:00 AM CST won't work for me.

Times that could work for me would be:

* Before I start work: 1200 to 1300 or 1300 to 1400 UTC (6 to 7 or 7 to 8 AM CST/Minneapolis time).
* Around lunch time: 1700 to 1800 or 1800 to 1900 UTC (11 to noon or noon to 1 pm CST).
* After work: 0000-0100 or 0100-0200 UTC (6 to 7 PM or 7 to 8 PM CST).
