cwm.py 1.128 cannot generate circles and arrows diagram example

The latest version of cwm.py that I found in 2000/10/swap/ on
dev.w3.org did not manage to regenarate the example on the Circles and
arrows diagrams using stylesheet rules page[1]. The version tagged
"fast_for_dom" (version 1.109) did.

See the IRC log:

11:56 <hugo> I want to design a diagram from an N3 document that I am woring on
11:57 <hugo> I tried to follow the instructions at: http://www.w3.org/2001/02pd/
11:57 <hugo> and I tried to regenerate the example

11:58 <hugo> is there anybody who has a working installation?
11:59 <dom> hmm... I just tried, and it works for me
11:59 <hugo> ha!
11:59 <dom> you can get my working version of cwm using the "fast_for_dom" tag in CVS
