My name is Edgardo A. Luzcando and I am a software engineer at Verizon Communications with minimal knowledge of XML. However, I would like to get involved in the internationalization work. I have experienced the need to present information in Spanish and Portuguese as a web developer and would like to see some guidelines for such efforts based on the use of XML. Currently I am involved in developing a solution to post from a site in Spanish as well as English for a non-profit community organization.
My expectations become aware of the current internationalization efforts and become involved wherever possible.
