The TAG opened an issue, uriBasedPackageAccess-61 [1] to consider URI based access and reference to items within a web accessible package. In addressing a more general problem the TAG expects to cover the requirements of the WAF community who have requested help wrt to their current work on widgets [2] as well other situations that involve reference within and into packaged structures on the web.
