There was a public-iri discussion about spoofing and IRIs which I hoped to review with the TAG. My hope was to get another document specifically on the spoofing issues.

It now looks likely that the IETF IRI working group will be chartered, and I'd like to put this off until the working group is chartered, where the status of this work item will be clear.
