Working on demonstration showing:

Minimally augmented "public city-centric sites" (event list, small business, photo sharing community)
Not prototyping authoring tools at this stage
Show aggregation: on maps, in calendars, addressbooks
Show Semantic Web as a data re-mixing environment - photos into calendars, addresses onto maps, events into telephones
Provide opensource-backed, genuinely valuable incentives for publishing SW data
Show device and application independence: desktop, Web, phone, 3D globe -- insulate webmasters and their customers from proprietary formats
