Here are some TODOs that are not bound to a specific piece of code and
cannot be included inline.

- Use Doxygen style so as to make js2doxy+Doxygen generates the
  documentation

- Consistently use English, in variable names as well as in comments
  (maybe let the french comments in place if they exist, though)

- Can the proxy made 'cleaner' if it send 404 or 500 instead of using
  'erreur' in the body.

- get Morten-related functions to work in testVersion.svg. Basically
  one should just use the proxy when using getURL().
