Editorial:

- Homogeneized the use of "X-KISS" and "X-KRSS" through the spec
- Tables at [120], [122] Moved the description of the anyURI prefix to the 
  preceding paragraph.
- Changed [125] to read "The content of the <ds:SignatureValue>
  element used in the request does not match the content of the
  <RequestSignatureValue> element in the response.
- [404] Fixed font face for URL
- [122] TooManyResponses was missing a &nbsp;
- [373a] Fixed the english
- [124], [125] added <span class="ID> as needed
- Fixed the markup on figures [154] and [237]
- 2.5.3.3 was lacking a Service.
- Updated ack. section and moved it to Appendix F
- Added a changelog
- [23] The XML schema entry in the prefix table was missing "xsi"
- Added . where missing
- In [2.8.1.2 Response1] changed service URI to www.example.org/XKMS
- [179] Changed "If more than <UseKeyWith> element is specified" to
