@@ugh this page is a mess.

news:
recently, in the RDF calendar forum...
For me, the goal is a working RDF model for iCal; i.e. an RDF schema with lots of tools and data and services available. [...]
So let's get a bunch of social practice (real world data and tools and services) going around this schema.
So... what's a use-case we can work on together? How about the SWWS event?
There are lots of relevant sources of data
Re: RDF Calendar todo list Dan Connolly (Mon, Jul 02 2001)
- OAG flight schedules
- my palm pilot
(oops... broke it.)
- the meeting organizers
(libby transcribed their stuff!)
- local night-life event calendars
So here we are. Next step: integrate with some work by other folks on an ICal schema, query services, etc.:
notes: things vs. their names (fixed). "none of the above" for recurrence; ala pd:OneTime.
For this system, Squish requires that you include a ical:description element for each ical:Calendar element, and ical:description and ical:dstart and ical:dend ical:Date objects
I suggest using ical:summary on ical events.
rdfql is to rules ala cwm --filter is to --think
in timezone stuff... odd... +0800 denotes an integer?
my southwest flight isn't in the OAG thingy. MCI->SJC 30 Jan schedule. (their schedule form uses POST when it should use GET, so it was a pain to concoct that link. @@quality tips for webmasters)
