ALL look through 'discussion' issues (33 57 50 178) and volunteer to
    resolve one or more
DF to put 165 133 102 on WG agenda.
DF to ping HMM for a Email Binding sumjmary
GD propose text for resolving 33 by EOW

Status of Email/SMTP binding

-- HighlandMM absent, status report postponed

Assign owners to the TBTF work items

GD suggests we could resolve this by saying that while we do not have an
   arch for modules, we have the concept of them
SW notes we no longer have modules
HFN thinks we have plenty of modularity in SOAP suffcient to reolve this
    issue anyway
GD will propose text

CF has put forward proposal, see
GD thinks this is wrong approach
NM agrees w/GD, also thinks this is still related to our feature/binding
Short discussion ensues related to the fact that cannot assume MIME
Longer discussion ensues on the movement of such information in/out of
