GD to propose resolution text for 58
NM to propose resolution text for 105
SW 102 will see if appropriate text exists in the spec, if not will

  2. DF reminds TBTF that Last Call is scheduled for the next f2f, and all issues need to be resolved by that time, i.e. in about 4 weeks
  3. Assign owners to the TBTF work items
58 - disussion of whether we have satisfied this; all in favour of closing
due to our notion of features; Glen to write up resolution text

    105 - discussion of whether we have satisfied this on account of faulting;
decided faulting is still unresolved but it will be handled under #102; NM
    to write resolution text

33 - should be handled by our resolution of feature/binding discussion

    57 - ditto

102 - TBTF agreed that "it is the responsibility of the specification of an
MEP to say who transmits faults and to whom"; SW will see if appropriate
text exists in the specification, if not he will propose such text, and he
    will write proposed resolution text

103 - how far to go with describing message paths?; NM suggests that
multi-cast is an interesting case to consider to determine if we have it
right; another way of putting it whether it should be possible to write an
MEP that contains a statement like "make N copies of the message and send
them to N recipients"; MH brought up discussion about distinction between
transport level and SOAP level MEP; MH to write up compromise proposal

  4. Decided date of next TBTF telcon is thursday 31st Jan at 730a PST for 90 minutes.
