Current list of action items
-- Asir to setup next telcon for tuesday Oct 30, 11-noon PST

1. Review of action items
-- With regard the algorithm proposed to resolve issue #1, we discussed
whether or not to include the algorithm (see sec 5.1 in [1]) directly or by
reference. General consensus was to include it directly, possibly with some
rewriting to exclude unecessary material, and to note its origin.
Suggestion to include, perhaps as non-normative text, some of the "fuzzier"
textual explanation of the algorithm provided in sec 4.2.2 of the same
document. Sec 5.1 actually describes 2 algorithms: full and partial. We
concluded that we do not yet know enough about them to decide, although the
partial version looks promising and we will explore it farther.
